I AM AGAIN AVAILABLE AT THE ANGEL AND FAERY FAYRE AT PENZANCE . I WILL BE DONG ONE TO ONE READINGS AND ALSO A WORKSHOP SO DO COME ALONG FOR AN ENJOYABLE COUPLE OF DAYS. 10.30AM-5.00PM
It is with great excitement that I offer you an unique combination of a wonderful evening and one day workshop with myself and also an amazing life coach, Debbie Percy and also Rachael Faulkner a full qualified Pilates instructor. The evening starts at 7.00-9.30pm and will be a way in which the Angels will tune in and give guidance and information also a shift in any blocks that might be holding you back at this time through visualisation and meditation. The Saturday workshop starts at 10am and will consist of meditation channelled through me and positive steps and guidance by Debbie Percy. Afterwards Rachael Faulkner will with the guidance of the Angels give you instruction about Pilates and how through posture it can help you allow you to become totally balanced and will then help with life flowing smoothly for you.
